You'd make the trip three mornings a week, for several weeks. Plan for the morning drive.
Our intensive outpatient program gives adults more support than weekly therapy: group mornings, one individual session a week and in-house psychiatry. You live at home and track your progress with your team every week.
Colorado Mental Health services was a beacon of hope during one of the darkest times in my life.
This program saved my life and every day gives me the tools and resources to make it a life I want to live.
No diagnosis needed, and no obligation to start.

If your question isn't here, call and ask.Call (720) 807-2066All of our care happens at one practice: 8805 W 14th Ave, Suite 250, in Lakewood. Clients come to us from Denver, Englewood, Golden, Littleton and other parts of the west and south metro. Group mornings, individual sessions and psychiatry all take place at that same practice.
Directions and admissionsOur program runs in person at our Lakewood practice. Group mornings, individual therapy and psychiatry all happen on site, because the program works best when you're in the room with your group. If getting here three mornings a week isn't realistic right now, admissions can talk through what might suit you better.
How the in-person program worksMost of our clients travel under about 40 minutes each way. Because groups meet three mornings a week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9 am to 12 pm, it's worth trying the trip at that time of day before you start. Admissions can help you decide whether the commute is sustainable.
