The free pre-assessment decides whether it is the right fit.

Nothing changes without a conversation with you first. If you do not have a psychiatrist, our in-house medical team can take on your medication care as part of the program.

See how the program worksEach morning has a check-in, a focused session and time to talk it through, three mornings a week with the same team. Groups are eight to twelve people, in person at our Lakewood practice, and they are where many of the skills from therapy get practised out loud.

What you pay depends on your plan's outpatient mental health benefits, and admissions can check them for you before you start, at no cost.
