You'll be talking to the people who work hereNot a call center in another state. If your question isn't here, call and ask.Call (720) 807-2066Yes. You keep your existing prescriptions when you join, and nothing changes without a conversation with you first. If you already see a psychiatrist or family doctor, our prescriber coordinates with them rather than replacing them, so you are not caught between two sets of advice. Bring a list of everything you take to your pre-assessment.
Book a free pre-assessmentOnly when it is clinically appropriate, and only after the medical team has talked it through with you. If something is working, the default is to leave it alone. When a change does make sense, our prescriber explains why, coordinates with your outside prescriber, and watches how you respond over the following weeks.
Read: what are brain zaps?Medication is one option the medical team discusses with you, not a condition of joining. Some people arrive already taking medication, some start during the program, and some focus on therapy. Your free pre-assessment is the right place to ask what makes sense for you and to raise any worries about it.
Book a free pre-assessmentOur in-house medical team: a medical director who is a board-certified psychiatrist, a physician assistant and a registered nurse. They work inside our psychiatric services, alongside your therapists, and see the same weekly check-ins and notes. You are not sent to an outside clinic to have your medication reviewed.
Read about psychiatric servicesThe medical team reviews your medication while you attend group and individual therapy several times a week. Because we see you often, side effects and changes in mood surface in days rather than weeks, and decisions draw on what your therapists and your weekly Track 9 scores are showing.
How medication management works in an IOPMedication management here is part of our intensive outpatient program rather than a separate service. That is deliberate: decisions are better when the prescriber can see how you are doing in therapy each week. If you are unsure whether the program is the right level of support, admissions can talk it through with you.
See how the program worksWe accept Colorado Access, Cigna, Anthem, BCBS PPO, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, Tricare West and Kaiser Medicaid only. Medicare isn't one of the plans we can accept, but admissions can still talk through your options. Medication management is part of the program, so what you pay depends on your plan's outpatient mental health benefits, and admissions can check them before you start.
Start your insurance checkWeekly Track 9 check-ins give the team real data to guide decisions. Each week you answer the same short set of questions, and you and your clinicians see the scores over time. Alongside what you tell us and what your therapists notice, that shows whether a medication is helping or needs another look.
